Mental Légendaire ("the app") is a mobile affirmations app. This policy explains what data is processed, how, and what your rights are. Guiding principle: the app works offline and creates no account; your content stays on your device.

1. Data processed

1.1 Data stored locally (on your device only)

This data never leaves your phone and is not transmitted to us:

your favorites;
your settings (preferred voice, app theme, reminder times);
the recent history of affirmations shown (to avoid repeats);
how far you got through onboarding;
an anonymous install identifier (generated on the device at first launch: creation date/time + a random value, with no link to your identity): an internal technical identifier, not transmitted as things stand.

It is kept for as long as the app is installed and deleted when you uninstall it.

1.2 Local notifications

If you turn reminders on, the app schedules local notifications on your device. No notification is sent from a server; no data is collected in the process.

1.3 Purchases (Premium)

To handle the Premium subscription, the app uses RevenueCat together with the App Store (Apple) / Google Play (Google) stores:

Payment is processed by Apple/Google. We never see your payment details.
RevenueCat processes, on the publisher's behalf, information related to the purchase: an anonymous user identifier generated by the app, subscription status and history, and technical identifiers supplied by the store/device (e.g. device identifier, country). This data is used solely to unlock Premium content and to handle purchase restoration.

No account and no password.
No usage analytics (no tracking of your behavior inside the app), no advertising tracking and no cookies.
No advertising.
No collection of your name, email address, location or contacts.
No selling or sharing of data for marketing purposes.

3. Sharing content

The sharing feature (an affirmation as an image) uses the system share sheet. The destination is chosen by you; we send nothing from our side.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies:

local storage and notifications: rest on your use of the feature (you choose to favorite something, to set reminders, and so on);
purchase processing via RevenueCat: performance of the contract (providing the subscription you bought).

5. Retention

Local data: until you uninstall the app.
Purchase data held by RevenueCat / the stores: according to their respective retention policies (links above).

6. Your rights

Since we hold no personal data on any server of our own, most of your data is managed directly from the device (deleted by uninstalling) or through Apple/Google (subscription management). For purchase data processed via RevenueCat, you have rights of access, rectification and erasure: write to us at [email protected] and we will pass the request on to the processor concerned.

7. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

This policy may change (for example when a feature is added). The date at the top shows the last update; significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.

If audience measurement (usage statistics) were to be introduced in the future, it would be anonymous, ideally subject to your consent, and this policy would be updated to describe it before it was switched on. As things stand, no audience measurement is in place.
