These terms govern the use of the Mental Légendaire mobile app ("the app"). By installing and using the app, you accept these terms.
Note: on Apple's App Store, where no custom terms are provided, the standard End User License Agreement (Apple EULA) applies. These terms supplement it.
1. What the app is for
Mental Légendaire offers positive affirmations for wellbeing purposes, written in a geek / video-game register. The app does not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for care from a health professional. If you are in distress, please consult a professional.
2. License to use
The publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app, for normal use in line with these terms.
3. Intellectual property
All content in the app — affirmations, text, visual identity, emblem, illustrations, code — is protected and remains the property of the publisher. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation, beyond personal use and beyond the sharing feature provided in the app, is prohibited.
4. Premium subscription
Some features may require a paid subscription, handled by the stores (App Store / Google Play). The price, duration and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Renewal is automatic unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your Apple or Google account settings. Management and cancellation happen directly with the store. Refunds are governed by Apple's/Google's policies.
5. Availability and changes
The app is provided "as is". The publisher may change it, add or remove features, and is not bound to guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. You remain responsible for the use you make of the affirmations and for the decisions you take.
7. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The app is offline-first and creates no account.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls to the courts having jurisdiction, subject to the protective provisions applicable to consumers.

This page is an English version of the French terms of use. The two set out the same terms. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the French version prevails.
